Warranty and Return Policy

Return Policy: No returns of bulk or bagged landscape products, sod or annual plants. Perennials and shrubs may be returned within 5 days of purchase with receipt, if maintained in original containers and cared for. Other store goods like fertilizer and tools may be returned within 30 days with receipt. 

Plant Warranty Policy: Tree's and shrubs are guaranteed for one year period from purchase date. Do not dig up a possible warranty plant prior to contacting us. Many plants can be saved with updated water and fertilizer support.

In the event that your tree or shrub dies within one year, contact us with your original receipt. We will provide you with a plant replacement credit equal to the value of the original purchased plant. No additional warranty on replacement plants and no cash refunds.

Plant Maintenance: Our plants are not maintenance free. All plants need to be properly installed and maintained. Discuss at checkout or contact us for your specific plants water requirements. 

Warranty Exceptions: Certain circumstances are beyond our control and cause the plant warranty to become null and void. These situations include- Lack of water, Salt & snow damage, Vandalism, Pest and insect damage.

There is a limited warranty for quantity purchase, more than 5 of a single type of plant at one time. These are warrantied at 25% of purchase. For example, if you purchase 8 Arborvitae, we will provide warranty for up to 2 plants.
