Vision in Red Astilbe

Deep crimson-red plumes rise above dark, finely cut foliage in midsummer, making Vision in Red one of the most striking astilbes you can plant in a shaded border. It holds its color well, tolerates more sun than most astilbes, and comes back reliably year after year with very little fuss.
